As you likely have learned, NetLine has been acquired by Informa Tech, a division of Informa PLC. Knowing that you likely have a lot of questions, we assembled the following FAQ to address the obvious questions and will continue to append as needed. Without further ado, let’s get into it. 

Q: What does this mean for our partnership?  

Only positive outcomes. Everything you have come to appreciate from our platform remains the same. Moving forward, you can expect to see us accelerate our feature development, product roadmap, support infrastructure, and audience footprint. 

Quite simply, we’re fully committed to building upon the success already achieved as the industry’s only first-party user authentication solution and password-less registration experience.  

Helping B2B publishers operationally become more efficient, bolster their product offering, centralize their 1st party data capture process, and diversify their revenue streams is core to our DNA. 

Q: Will my campaigns still receive the same level of exposure across the Platform?  

Yes, absolutely! If anything, you should expect to see larger addressable audience populations and lead volumes as we proceed into 2022.  

Q: What about the monetization of my content? Will I continue to benefit from this capability?  

Most definitely! With advertiser depth and diversity greater than ever before, you can expect to monetize your content more efficiently while leveraging the Direct side of the platform.  

Q: How does this impact my first-party data ownership and accessibility?  

It doesn’t. We know this is a critical question…as it should be. In that regard, nothing has changed. Your first-party data is yours.  

Most importantly, our contracts specifically forbid us from leveraging your first-party data that otherwise does not register for any of the additional content recommendations that our system suggests. If/when an audience member voluntarily decides to select an additional content asset that NetLine recommends, that becomes a monetized event in which you are compensated.  

Q: Who invoices us for the amplified (LeadFlow) campaigns?  

Still NetLine. See a trend here? ? 

Q: What is happening with NetLine’s supporting staff and leadership?  

Nothing. We’re all still here and will be moving forward. Without giving you too much insight into what we have cooking, you can expect to see a few new faces in the coming year.
